The conditions of Villa Mitirapa

  • To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% (non-refundable) is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks before your arrival in your Villa.
  • For reservations within 2 weeks of your arrival date, the full amount of the reservation is requested at the time of booking.
  • Cancellation fees are equal to the 30% deposit.

A means of payment will be made available to you through an online payment by bank card (VISA or MASTERCARD, the AMEX card is not accepted) by PAYZEN OSB link (secure online payment against fraud). It will be sent to you immediately if possible or a bank transfer (RIB available by email villamitirapa@gmail.com).

  • Sheets and towels are changed every 4 days for long stays (on request)
  • Each villa can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and/or 6 people depending on the type of villa
  • We ask you to respect the neighborhood (music at a reasonable volume...) and to respect the number of people up to 4 and/or 6 maximum in the evening and during the day (non-compliance with these conditions will lead to cancellation of your reservation without refund)
  • As well as respecting the speed of 30km/h in the easement;
  • Free parking for up to 2 cars
  • The villa must be made clean (empty and clean refrigerator, clean and tidy dishes, a sweep throughout the villa (an additional cleaning service of 5,000 FCP will be charged if the conditions are not respected);

2. Reservation

The customer chooses the services presented on our reservation platform. The customer is solely responsible for his choice of services and their suitability to his needs, such that we cannot be held responsible in this regard. The reservation is deemed accepted by the customer at the end of the reservation process.

3. Booking process

Reservations made by the customer are made via the electronic reservation voucher accessible online on our reservation platform. The reservation is deemed to have been made upon receipt of the reservation voucher. The customer undertakes, prior to any reservation, to complete the information requested on the voucher or reservation request. The customer certifies the veracity and accuracy of the information transmitted. The prices relating to the reservation of services are indicated before and during the reservation. Prices are confirmed to the customer in the amount inclusive of tax, in the commercial currency of the establishment, and are only valid for the duration indicated on the reservation platform. All reservations, regardless of their origin, are payable in the local currency of the establishment. Any modification or introduction of new legal or regulatory taxes imposed by the competent authorities will be automatically reflected in the prices indicated on the invoice date.

10. Payment

The customer provides his bank details as a guarantee of the reservation. The debit of the payment can be made at the establishment when booking, partial or total debit of the payment is made when booking.
