The conditions of Villa Mitirapa

  • In order to confirm your reservation, a 10% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due 30 days before your arrival in your Villa.
  • For reservations within 30 days of your arrival date, the total amount of the reservation is requested at the time of reservation.

A means of payment will be made available to you through online payment by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD, the AMEX card is not accepted) by PAYZEN OSB link (secure online payment against fraud). It will be sent to you if possible immediately or a bank transfer (RIB available by email villamitirapa@gmail.com).

  • Reservations are from 2 nights on weekends: Friday to Sunday and 1 night on weekdays: Monday to Thursday
  • Since April 1, 2022, a CPS social VAT of 1% is included in the amount of your stay;
  • Sheets and bath towels are changed every 4 days for long stays (on request)
  • Each villa can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and/or 6 people depending on the type of villa
  • We ask you to respect the neighborhood (music with reasonable volume...) and to respect the number of people up to 4 and/or 6 maximum in the evening as well as during the day (non-compliance with these conditions will lead to cancellation of your reservation without refund)
  • As well as respecting the speed of 30km/h in servitude;
  • Free parking for up to 2 cars
  • The villa must be left clean (empty and clean fridge, clean and tidy dishes, a sweep of the whole villa (a cleaning service in addition to 5,000 FCP will be charged if the conditions are not respected);

All reservations, whatever their origin, are payable in the local currency of the establishment. Any modification or introduction of new legal or regulatory taxes imposed by the competent authorities will automatically be passed on to the prices indicated on the date of invoicing.

10. Payment
